Dear Students,
I went hiking with a friend tonight on a trail called "Billy Goat." Do you remember when we studied fairy tales and read, "The Three Billy Goats Gruff?"
It was so nice to be out in nature and enjoy the warm weather. I hope you have been spending time outside walking, riding your bikes and scooters and playing! Maybe you can tell your parents all that we learned in Health about the importance of exercise and keeping your heart healthy!
